How do I place an order?

  • Go to www.schoolay.com
  • Enter your login details (Click the account button at the top right of your screen).
  • In case you do not have login details, you will have to register yourself on our website.
  • Schoolay products cannot be purchased without having login details.
  • Click on the School Store banner from the home page.
  • Select the school name and enter the passcode shared by the school.
  • Select the required item,size and quantity for the required class.
  • Enter the correct delivery address and proceed for the payment
  • Place your order and check out. Kindly note your order number.

How Do I cancel an order?

  • Log in to your account on www.Schoolay.com using your username & password
  • Your order will be displayed on the screen.
  • Select the ‘cancel’ option and refund is automatically redirected to the respective account
  • Likewise the order can be edited from the same page

How do I contact customer support?

  • Please send a query mail to customersupport@schoolay.com with your order number, Student name, class & contact number.
  •  A ticket number will be shared to your mail id for the query with other details.

Exchange:(Optional)

  • Parent needs to send a mail to customersupport@schoolay.com
  • Exchange will be facilitated in case of product damage on receipt.
  • Exchange will be facilitated if the wrong size/product is dispatched from the ordered size.
  • Post measurements taken by the parent,exchanges will not be possible.

How Do I track my shipment?

  • Once your uniform order is packed and ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your registered phone number.
  • Goto www.delhivery.com and enter the tracking number or airway bill number which is shared by courier.
  • You get to know about the status of the order.
